Mentorship Program
SIPNA is currently developing a mentorship program for members. The initiative aims to connect experienced psychiatrists and mental health professionals with trainees, early-career colleagues, and associate members across the United States and Canada.
Goals
- Support Iranian-origin physicians pursuing psychiatric training in North America
- Foster intergenerational exchange of clinical and cultural wisdom
- Strengthen professional networks within SIPNA
- Encourage scholarly collaboration and career development
Express interest
Prospective mentors and mentees are invited to complete SIPNA’s interest form or email the Executive Committee. Program details, matching process, and launch timeline will be shared with members as development continues.
